Return & Exchange Policy
You have the right to return or exchange items purchased from Rullart.com, within 14 calendar days of purchase through our shop in AL HAMRA LUXURY CENTER under the following conditions:
- A receipt must be present with any item you wish to exchange or refund.
- Returned or exchanged items must have a manufacturing defect that cannot be repaired without compromising the items quality, fiddle or does not match the specifications stated on Rullart.com.
- Returned items must be in their original packaging (new).
- Returns that are damaged, soiled or altered may not be accepted and may be sent back to the customer.
- Purchases that include chocolates or fresh flowers cannot be refunded or exchanged.
- You have the right to receive your refund for returned items in the same form of payment made at time of original purchase (applies to cash and debit cards / KNET).
- Refunds for purchases made by credit card are subject to a 2.5% deduction from total refund amount, as transaction fees apply.
- Refunds for purchases made by TABBY are subject to a 7% deduction from total refund amount, as transaction fees apply.

What happens after you submit your request?
Our customer support team will review your request and process it within a reasonable timeframe, usually within timeframe of 30 days. Once your data is deleted, you will receive confirmation via email.
Deleting your data will permanently remove it from our system and make it inaccessible to you.
Deleting your data will also deactivate your Rullart account and you will no longer be able to use the app.
