Return & Exchange Policy
- You have the right to return or exchange items purchased from rullart.com, within 14 calendar days of purchase through our shop in al hamra luxury center under the following conditions:
- A receipt must be present with any item you wish to exchange or refund.
- Returned or exchanged items must have a manufacturing defect that cannot be repaired without compromising the items quality, fiddle or does not match the specifications stated on rullart.com.
- Returned items must be in their original packaging (new).
- Returns that are damaged, soiled or altered may not be accepted and may be sent back to the customer.
- Purchases that include chocolates or fresh flowers cannot be refunded or exchanged.
- You have the right to receive your refund for returned items in the same form of payment made at time of original purchase (applies to cash and debit cards / KNET ).
- Refunds for purchases made by credit card are subject to a 2.5% deduction from total refund amount, as transaction fees apply.
